Relationships today are often very different to those experienced by previous generations.

The average age for marriage is now 29. People are often single for longer and the way in which

they date has also changed with the introduction of internet dating, singles coaching and speed

dating.

Relationships are an important factor in making people feel happy and fulfilled in their lives and

if that is missing it can make you feel like you aren't 100% satisfied with life in general.

Professional relationship coaching can help you in a number of ways:

Determine what kind of relationship you actually want and plan how to make it happen
Be open to new experiences, people and places

Bolster your self confidence

Acknowledge any limiting beliefs you may have and re-work these into positive affirmations

Move on from old patterns and establish a new framework for love
