Why not try out a free 30 minute telephone session initially to determine if coaching is
right for you? You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.
After the initial 30 minute session, you may wish to invest in a course of 1 hour sessions.
Generally between 4 and 6 are recommended with a fortnight in between each session to ensure
there is enough momentum to make things happen.
Autumn / Winter 2009 Special Coaching Packages
1 x 60 minute (1-2-1) life coaching session is £40 if booked; paid for and used in October, November or December 2009 (normally £65).
Block booking (4 x 60 minute sessions) booked; paid for and used in October, November or December is £150 (normally £220).

I coach face to face in Edinburgh and the Lothians and also by telephone.
If you decide that coaching isn't for you, I promise that I will not hassle you, afterall the very essence
of coaching is that any change needs to come from you.
All communications remain 100% confidential and 10% of all fees generated by Your Dating Coach
are donated to Marie Curie Cancer Care.
